Refundable up to 24 hours after purchase, as long as the session hasn't started. Once you begin a session, the AI has done the work; the credit is consumed.
Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if zero sessions have been used. After that, pro-rated refund based on unused sessions, up to day 3. After day 3, no refund: the value is concentrated prep, not stockpiled credits.
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 5 sessions have been used. After 7 days, pro-rated refund for unused sessions up to day 14. After day 14, no refund.
Refunds on discounted plans are calculated against the discounted price, not the list price.
Email refunds@hirestepx.com with your account email and order ID. We process refunds within 5 working days to the original payment method. Razorpay typically takes another 3–7 working days to reflect the credit on your bank statement.
If you believe a session was scored unfairly and want a refund of just that session's credit, hit the "Dispute score" link inside the session report. We review every dispute within 24 hours.
