The money questions.

Do plans auto-renew?+

No. Weekly and Monthly are one-time top-ups. They expire on day 7 or 30. You buy again when you want more. No surprise charges.

What happens to unused sessions?+

Weekly sessions reset after 7 days, Monthly after 30. We don't roll them over because the value is concentrated prep, not stockpiling. If you bought less than a week ago and haven't used any, ping support for a refund.

Do you have a student discount?+

Verified .ac.in / .edu.in email = 30% off Weekly and Monthly. Apply once, lasts your degree. No re-verification each semester.

Can I switch plans?+

Yes. Upgrade any time; we credit the unused portion of your current plan toward the new one. Downgrades take effect on the next cycle so you don't lose sessions you already paid for.

Which payment methods work in India?+

UPI (GPay / PhonePe / BHIM), all major Indian debit + credit cards, netbanking from 50+ banks, and Razorpay wallets. International cards work too if you're abroad.

Will I get a tax invoice?+

Every order generates a downloadable payment receipt with the order ID, amount paid, and date. Formal GST invoices will be added once HireStepX crosses the GST registration threshold; until then, the receipt is what you'd attach to a B2B reimbursement.
